Covid-19 What you need to know For the latest updates and FAQs, please click here

Update - Monday 23 March 2020 We are writing to let you know that the Government last night issued guidance confirming that people should avoid travel unless it is essential. Essential travel does not include visits to second homes, camp sites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays. The guidance states that people should remain in their primary residence. The guidance can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/covid-19-essential-travel-guidance The Government guidance is clear. If there is any reason that you might be unable to return to your primary residence, please could you discuss that with your park now. The British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BHHPA) has also now issued guidance asking that caravan owners do not stay in holiday caravans and that if owners are staying on park they leave. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the vast majority of our owner community, who have been incredibly understanding throughout this unprecedented time. We are doing our best to keep our owners and team safe and secure, whilst also recognising the challenges being placed on the NHS in the communities in which we operate. Thank you for your support. Owner Events In line with the most recent Government advice to maintain safe social distancing all Owner events are cancelled until further notice. If you have booked and paid for any events or activities, refunds will be issued. As of Tuesday 17 March  Confidence in our care If you're planning on visiting your holiday home soon, we would like to assure you of the action that we are taking to ensure the risk to our guests, owners and team remains low. Our teams have full training in health and safety procedures and have received further guidance in relation to keeping our guests, owners and team as safe and secure as possible during the Coronavirus situation. You will also notice an increase in hand sanitation stations on our parks. We are also ensuring that each and every visitor to our park understands how we can all work together to reduce the risk of contracting Coronavirus. As well as hygiene posters across all our public areas we will also be providing leaflets about hand washing and other useful information. To help protect our guests, owners and team further we have also introduced some changes to some of food and beverage areas of our park. On self-serve areas which are used by large numbers of guests we will have these serviced by our team members to reduce the level of people in food serving. As an added precaution we have made the decision to remove pic and mix sweet stations from sale until further notice. What should I do if I feel unwell whilst on park? If you become unwell and suspect it might be Coronavirus (high fever / new persistent cough) we would kindly ask you to take the following steps: • Pack your belongings and return to your residential home (if it is safe for you to travel) • Please call Owner Experience team, park reception or park security with your caravan location and number Where can I receive more information about Coronavirus?
